I am completely blown away at how great this team has been to me. I went through an accident that completely turned my normal routine on it’s head, and Caliber and Statefarm handled everything with such deft and grace. You kept me updated throughout the whole process, and made everything simply and straightforward. I will return to this shop for any and all future repair needs. And the icing on the cake, you brought my car to me when it was done being repaired. 12/10, best customer service of ANY company, ever!

Honestly, I’m satisfied with the repair done , even prior of caliber collision taking over , the service the people the caring and the love is always an overwhelming experience, from the personal what more can you ask from a team like that , I don’t expect my car to brake or have any incidents but when it happens, I god were the care and caring flows , the understanding, from walking in till you are good to go , may God bless the team and provide with health and joy an many more years of service . Everyone was very helpful and considerate. The repairs were made in a timely manner and looked great. My only complaint would be that one of the backseats was dirty with what looked like grease marks. Other than that, I was very satisfied with the staff and the work done on our vehicle.
