I love the strong communication that I had with this team. Everyone gave solid updates on the process of the repairs and were extremely informative on what needed to be done. The only complaint I had was the parking lot and where they had the car wasn’t handicap accessible, but I didn’t ask for it to be moved. They all did their due diligence for what needed to be done. Thank you.

It did take longer than I would have expected. Also when I for my car back. The tire pressures were at 41, 49, 34, and 31 when all should have been at 33. Extremely dangerous.

The work took a lot longer than expected. When I got my car back the TPM light turned on almost immediately. I went to check my tires and they were at 31, 35, 41, and 49. They should have all been at 33. This is extremely dangerous.
