my car has been with the shop since the 14th of August so almost 2 weeks and you didn’t call me or the insurance if you had a concern or a comment about my rear bumper you wait till now today August 28th to be not only rude but extremely hostile and basically call me a liar about damages to my vehicle in a car accident as I said I’ve only had this car a year it’s a used car I’ve only had a year I don’t know everything that’s happened to this car before it got into my hands it’s a 10 year old car anything could’ve happened to this car that wasn’t made to my knowledge prior to purchasing the vehicle

My car is having some fisheye, the bumper edges are rough and the paint burned when polished. I told the Mr. Jose and he told me that when you paint a car it do not get polish, but they tried to eliminate the fisheye polishing the area. He took the car to the back 4 times and still not good. And he was trying to blame that the car was paint before. Oh, he told me that he was doing his job for 15 years that it came because I told him about the polishing was wrong.
