Despite some delays with finding parts, Christina did a great job at providing timely updates and the repair was finished quickly once all parts arrived. My car was also clean and well taken care of and the repairs look great!

I have a 2020 Honda Passport that I originally took to Caliber Collision because our insurance recommended them. It was such a great experience that I returned for additional work - wheel and mirror repair. This time, when I picked up my car I was absolutely shocked to find it (much) cleaner than when I took it in. Shops like this are very rare. Thanks to Christina for keeping me updated along the way and for going above and beyond.

I was unhappy about my 4Runner being damaged, but everyone at Caliber Collision were excellent, and very professional. The entire process was very smooth, but Christina especially kept us informed the whole time, and when I got to see my 4Runner looking beautiful for a 20 year old truck, that made me smile!!! Awesome experience. Christina and everyone I spoke with was so kind and great to keep me in the loop on the status of my car. When I came to pick it up, I was so surprised by how beautiful my car looked both on the inside and outside. The repair was perfect, but the attention to detail and the pristine cleaning on the inside was also exceptional and not expected. Felt like such a treat to this mom to have the whole car deep cleaned and vacuumed prior to pick up. Felt like I was driving home a sparkly new car! Will definitely use this Caliber shop again in the future, if the need arises!
