The car looks and drives amazingly, and the customer service was immaculate. I didn’t feel like I was left in the dark at all during the entire repair process. I was updated frequently and everyone was extremely nice. To say I was satisfied is an understatement.

I was completely happy with everything. From Lam keeping me posted as fast as the very next day after I brought my car in. Then, every few days, I received an update explaining the next process, the whole time my car was there. Today, it is finished and wow !!!! It looks fantastic. Thank you so much.

Caliber was AMAZING. Christina especially. That woman was sent from Heaven. She kept me posted on the progress of Alfie. The final work looked phenomenal. AND. To make it even better, when I got my car back, they had cleaned AND vacuumed it. I’ve NEVER had a body shop do that before. It definitely made my day. I will be a lifetime returning customer. As someone who has been in the customer service industry for well over 10 years. It’s amazing what a smile, communication, and having passion and using the talent you were given. Christina was a ROCK STAR. She has gained a forever customer with me. NEVER have I had a body shop treat me the way she did. She automatically saw how much Alfie meant to me, and actually referred to her not just “your car” we will get HER taken care of. Christina knows what she’s doing. And if she’s not already running the shop. She should. And a raise I might add. All the guys did a phenomenal job on my car. But Christina. She’s what made it.

A check engine light is now on that wasn’t there before, but I was told by Lam they don’t think it is related to the accident.

It seemed like they had a change in who was taking care of the car somewhere in the process, and I got the impression they almost had to start over. The repair cost went up, and it sounded like the wrong parts were ordered. The repair process seemed to be delayed due to ordering errors and change in employee issues.
