I have filed a complaint today. There were several delays, I had to call for updates 90% of the time. When my car was done the battery was dead on Monday. They did provide a rental and said they would right on it. No call on Tuesday, so I called the corp office to file my complaint. I did receive a call from Dave who said that they are taking my car to the dealership to see if they can figure out what is causing the issue.
