Karson was a pleasure to work with. He kept us up to date, informed on what was happening and the process the entire time. He even took the time to reach out prior to his planned vacation so we could know what was going on & who would be in contact on his absence. He went above and beyond, knowing how much our truck meant to me. Kudos to him and the staff, our truck looks AMAZING!!

The repair looked great, however we were quoted about a month to repair our Nissan Pathfinder after a collision with a deer. We dropped off our SUV on May 4th and it was not ready until June 19th (7 weeks). They had an AI system updating us on the “progress” which apparently was not accurate. Our completion date kept getting pushed back and we were never notified until day-of. The front office staff was very nice.

The shop itself even said they have trouble being timely. They said they have trouble getting repair people and parts delivered. I would never return to this location.

Great repair job. Terrible communication throughout the process. Supposedly had an AI system they didn’t understand. Was quoted 1 mo repair. It took 7 weeks.

Terrible communication until I called and said I was frustrated with continued delays. We didn’t get many updates from a person, we’d get an AI generated text. They would send out an expected date of pickup and not change it until day of.

Caliber was very helpful and eased all my concerns when it came to my baby. Not even 6 months and already something happened to my truck. So I was pretty bummed and worried because my truck is brand new at 2026. They kept me updated and informed, and had no problems answering my questions. They’re the sweetest people, and amazing customer service. I definitely will forever come here, but god forbid anything else happens. Love Caliber and highly recommend it
