I love that they called me regularly with updates. The dealership I bought my car from had my vehicle for 7 months and I was having to call them and bother them for updates. Calibers was quick and communicated so well

Caliber Collision was highly recommended. I’m very happy I went with this amazing group! Kit and Cristy could not have been nicer through the entire process. Very considerate of any concerns or questions I had through out the entire process. I never once felt like I wasn’t in the best care. I will say this.. prior to Michael DeBroka getting engaged this rating would have been a 1 at best. I called several times to get a status and was told you were waiting on the insurance company, only to have the insurance company tell me that they have cleared everything and further receive a call the next day stating that my car was finished. There is a total lack of communication in your organization over there when I picked the car up. There was damage to one of the newly installed base runners as well damage to the dash covering, which made it almost impossible to read your speedometer or gauges I called four times trying to follow up on those repairs and finally had to ask for a manager once Michael was engaged not only did the order and install the parts himself. He came to my home to pick the car up and drop it back off within an hour. He is truly an asset to your organization, and I’m sure going to do what needs done to correct the situation at your location in Lagrange he is beyond professional communicates clearly and did everything. He said he was going to do and beyond he definitely made my experience at caliber 10 versus a one.
