The repairs were performed in two days and my vehicle looks brand new! Caliber worked directly with my insurance carrier and all I had to do was to approve the repairs and pay my deductible when I picked up my car. By the way, I love the lifetime repair warranty. EVR.

Everybody from the manager, office staff, to the painters, installers, and the girl detailing my jeep were all amazing people and did a great job on my hood replacement. They have a customer for life. Very satisfied with my overall experience.

Sheduling with this shop took a long time. When I finally got in to get a quote the represenative was not there so they just took pictures. then they wrote up the quote and got it approved through you. Once approved they said that they would order the parts needed and schedule the repair. The repair was scheduled for like a month later to allow for all of the parts to arrive. when in the repair shop the communication was great. however they did not have the main part needed to fix the car and it was on backorder. we waited for a while until we determined that it would not be back in time for my rental agreement would be exceeded so they put the car back together and gave it back to me missing the part. If they would have done what they said I would not be driving around a half repaired car with no idea when the part will be ordered or put back on the car. plus when I go back in I now have no rental allowance to use. ultimatley if I ever have a claim in the future I will probably not use the perfered service facility.

I understand it’s hard to match colors on an older vehicle. I can see the pearl in the paint and with it being cloudy and raining it’s hard to see exactly. The bumper was over looked by all of us. I’m pleased with the turn around time and the communication between all of us. I’m not saying anything negative about you, your business or the worked preformed. One body part that “was painted” does have a chip in the paint. If it was painted, why is there a chip? I have the old school mentality and if someone says something that’s how it should be. Thank you for your hard work and commitment.
