Interaction and communication was very good. The quality and attention to detail is a little below my standards. Molding marks, or seams, not removed so I have ridges that will easily chip down the road. Paint on hood has visual flaws and very rough edge above headlight.

Probably unavoidable but I had to make contact with shop for updates. Coordinate delay with insurance adjustor and call for a back hatch door to push for shop to locate a door. Gary snd staff were friendly and honest. I appreciate that
