I loved picking up a clean car after repairs!!! Yet my car was super hot, isn’t there shade or covered parking spaces when repairs are finished in 100* weather? Even though I was given earlier dates of completion three times it did not conflict with my plans, plus I didn’t need a rental. I was sent emails for updates which were helpful. Everyone I spoke to at Caliber and AAA were informative, thorough, kind, and helpful.

They never addressed the hail damage on my truck bed cover, Even though I told them when I dropped it off. Now the claim is closed out and I will have to get it reopened.

Initial customer service was great. I returned to have them check the hood shake and he said they didn't do anything to my hood and I should test drive a new 4runner and see if a new one shakes.
