This is the second time unfortunately that I have had to have this vehicle in for repairs two different times. However in both cases I have been very satisfied in the quality of workmanship. Especially this last time when they went above and beyond, to make it that much better. It seems like for this time it was about the overall quality of the repair than the monetary value of other repairs needed. The shop covered those areas cause they knew the quality would just be that much better overall. There is no reason I’ll ever take my vehicle to another shop other than this Caliber Collision Center and repair.

The tech team did an amazing job on my car, I’m VERY HAPPY! Derek went above and beyond with customer satisfaction. I will refer anyone i know to Caliber and ask for Derek.
