The person who took care of me was professional, courteous and very nice. The only issue was, when they called me to pick up my truck, I inspected it and found out, that the tailgate did not work. They had installed the components backwards. I left the truck and had to use the rental car an extra three days.

Overall the customer service was amazing! Melanie ( the front desk person) was as very kind and answered every question that I had, and I had a lot. The gentleman who worked on my car (named Cameron) was very good at keeping me posted on the status of my car and worked with me to make sure my car was good as new! I am absolutely 100% satisfied with the service I received from this caliber collision and I would absolutely bring my car back(hopefully not for another accident though lol)

I was mindblown. I don't remember the young beautiful lady who helped me while my truck was in the shop, But if writing notes will get her recognized I'll write notes all day. She stayed on top and went beyond my expectations. Very highly recommend.

Estimated date of completion was delayed twice, and I was told it was going to be delayed again. Upon hearing that I requested a manager and was able to have my car ready the same day instead of having another delay. One my car was completed the radio had an error code. I had to set it up on my own due to the staff not wanting to assist me.
