Drop off was a breeze, the work was completed earlier than expected, the pick up was quick and easy. We were very impressed with the look and feel of the facility. I am very very pleased with my extensive repair on my 2011 Tundra! My truck looks amazing, like brand new! Excellent workmanship and quality work. Everyone was so helpful and I really appreciated the immediate personal texts and updates and ability to call and get answers at anytime. Thank you so much for such a great experience when it was so stressful after someone hitting my truck and running off. Caliber took excellent care of me and my truck!!

Derek, my estimator and contact was 1000% awesome. He met me at my truck immediately as I arrived, texted me updates, and provided an easy path to communicate, told me a date my vehicle would be ready, and had it all clean and ready and was so conscientious to me as a customer. My whole experience at this location was so refreshing and eased my stress immensely. It is awful to have someone wreck into you, and Caliber made it such an easy process, and my truck looks amazing!

It seems like I’ve been using Caliber since they began and the reason is simple. I can trust the job will be done correctly with zero drama. This time was no different. Derrick, my service advisor, kept me updated and there were no surprises, albeit one part that needed to be replaced wasn’t found until they had disassembled the damaged panel. That happens. So another great experience.
