My car was returned in perfect condition, definitely better than when I brought it in after it was hit in a parking lot! Not only was the damage fixed, but additional service was provided at no extra cost. The interior and exterior were both spotless, and the clear coat on my door handles that had been peeling was even fixed. We will definitely be using Caliber the next time the need arises, and we highly recommend them to anyone else needing work done on their vehicle!

I was completely satisfied with the actual repair and Christine who communicated well and it was completed timely. Only issue I had was during the entire repair process and even after it was completed i get emails and automated voicemails from Caliber wanting my business and for me to schedule the rap air. This is after it was dropped off for the repair and after it was completed. There was a miss there in communication and I want to bring it up so it can be addressed for other customers.
