I was completely satisfied with the actual repair and Christine who communicated well and it was completed timely. Only issue I had was during the entire repair process and even after it was completed i get emails and automated voicemails from Caliber wanting my business and for me to schedule the rap air. This is after it was dropped off for the repair and after it was completed. There was a miss there in communication and I want to bring it up so it can be addressed for other customers.

When making a choice of where to send my car after my accident I was extremely nervous and cautious. Once I called and spoke to Christine I immediately knew this was the place for me. Christine was knowledgeable, helpful and extremely kind. During the process she continuously kept me updated and informed me every step of the way. She helped me with aspects beyond the fixing on the car including talking with insurance and getting my rental extended. I had a hassle free experience and would recommend Caliber Collision to anyone. Again sincerely appreciative of Christine and her dedication to my experience.
