29 days for a repair because one employee takes off is ridiculous and a poor business model. One person shouldn’t stop work from being done!

I feel like the scraping under the left front tire has increased since the repair. I'm not sure if the problem is a loose piece of plastic or something else but it is especially noticeable on startup.
