The person who help me from the beginning I can remember his name very kind pleasant person he explained to me everything about fixing my car and today when I pick up the lady at front desk she was very nice also !! And the guy who talk to me from the beginning he give my car keys and I have to say great customer services I believe his name is Tory . Thank you for everything I do recommend this place and is nice dealing with such professional person .

I am satisfied with the work done. However, I do need to make an appointment to bring the car back to be looked at. The new windows rubs when going up and down. And the passenger side mirror that was replaced does not turn in when locking the car.

Brittany was amazing....the service was excellent and painless. The ETA for repair completion was ahead of schedule too. This really helped take the stress out of the whole claims process as a whole. I would definitely use Caliber Collision again for any needed body work, though I hope I dont have to!
