Well, I can’t speak for your other locations but this location here in League City/Dickinson I would recommend for sure! If all of your other locations are run this way? Then you have a great organization! Please don’t change anything. Because it’s working well.

Everyone was great. From the intake person in Dallas through the people that work down here in League City/Dickinson. I can’t remember everyone’s name but I’m sure all our associated with my account. Harley was wonderful and so was the wonderful young lady that checked me in. And the gentleman in Dallas that took my initial information and found the location for me. Everyone was wonderful.

Again, the customer service was great all three of the people that I spoke with were polished and professional! Again from the initial contact through the end of the process, everyone was professional. And I was told I was going to get text messages and updates on the progress of my vehicle. And I did. I can’t say more than thank you I don’t know what else to say. It was great. It was a bad situation because it was a car accident. But it worked out great because the people made it work well.

Securing the parts for the repair work seemed to take longer than expected. I understand that you are at the mercy of the vendor but maybe you should add other vendors to your list
