Cory Hamaker was great. He completely checked my vehicle before I picked it up. There was a small flaw and he fixed before I picked it up. He was right on top of it all. Thank you Cory! The receptionist was awesome. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name!! Needless to say but my beautiful vehicle looks beautiful again!!

Every associate, from the front desk to the associate who walked me through the process of the repairs on my vehicle were pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. I had every confidence that my repairs would be completed to the BMW standard I expected. I especially appreciated the occasional texts updating me as to the progress on my vehicle and welcoming any questions I had. My repairs also required that I use a rental car for the interim. I had never used a rental vehicle and had multiple questions. The Caliber associate walked me through the process both at the beginning and at the end of my service and relieved all my anxieties about transportation during my repairs. At the conclusion of my service I was provided with a complete recap of the repairs done to my car, as well as, Corey walking literally to my car and showing me the completed work. My car looks beautiful as if it had never sustained any damage!!! I would recommend CALIBER COLLISION to anyone seeking profession and timely repair service. Everyone I dealt with at Caliber Collision was so professional and so helpful from the time I dropped off my vehicle, until I picked it up. Every day I was informed of what was going to be done that day, and what to expect the next. When I picked it up, it was cleaned and looked brand new. I hope I never have another accident but if I do, I will bring it to Caliber.
