Just picked the car up yesterday and so far - so good! Car looks great! Caliber did well in estimating the damage, working with a third party for dent removal, coordinating with Progressive to get all repairs authorized, managing and completing all the repairs, and in communication with me concerning everything during the whole process.

Reid and his team- including April and Rich- were absolutely phenomenal. The process was so smooth and I received at least three phone calls updating me on the status of my vehicle on top of the automated texts. I have never had such a stress-free experience with anything vehicle related. If i ever need any further work to my vehicle, I would bring it back in a heartbeat!

To me, it depends on who is allocated to your case. If I had been allocated Reid as my rep from the start, then I’m sure this would’ve been a 10 and not a 7: Reid is customer focused, has excellent listening skills, and a represents Caliber Collision extremely well. April at the front desk is also a fantastic representative of the company. She is extremely responsive and follows through on customer requests.

Initially, when I went to pick up the vehicle, I expressed concern that there were missing clips in the front wheel wells. The rep assured me nothing was missing. My concerns about some clips missing were confirmed when I compared the repair to another 2010 Lexus Rx350. There were supposed to be clips installed. I had to go back to the collision center the following day to get the missing clips installed. It would’ve been nice to have those clips installed at the time of initial pick up. It was very inconvenient to have to return back to the collision center in order to pop in 4 Clips. The initial rep wouldn’t come out to look at my concern. The other rep, who I spoke with on the phone after taking possession of the car, was much more customer-service oriented and was willing to address my concern/need. So, I give the first rep a 5, the second rep (Reid) a 10+, and the coordinator (April) at the front desk a 10+ for being so gracious, courteous, and wonderful. That’s why overall I gave a 7.

The shop continually advised the status of our repair. The staff would call advise or ask questions regarding the work being done. They were friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. We truly will go back.
