Paint job is completely off. They left my car unmatched because instead of getting a paint sample from the car, they used the factory color with wear and tear. It’s almost 10 years old obviously that’s not going to match the car at all compared to fresh factory paint. They left body work unfinished, paint is already starting the crack. They left my car unaligned and told me it was my responsibility to get it done. I have missing body clips and my bumper is loose, they supposedly ordered a brand new door and the new door is already dented and does not match the original body line. Paint is extremely orange peeled and does not match the original shine and yellow tint from the factory Focus RS formula. I’m extremely unsatisfied with the work that was done to my car and now have to get the car worked on at a different shop.

I felt in safe hands throughout the whole process. The staff kept me communicated in regards to a timeline of when my vehicle would be ready and expectations were Matt. They completed my car in a timeline manner even finished early. And I was very satisfied.

The repair job came out flawlessly, except when I got home I noticed the front nose off a little bit and Caliber did take off the nose to fix the door and front fender, it's in the receipt but otherwise they did a fanominal job. Also, the driver door needs to be aligned more.

Cody was exceptionally helpful and always goes above and beyond with customer service. All of the employees have always been kind and courteous!
