You guys are absolutely terrific! I was the victim of a hit and run, and travelers, my insurance company suggested I take my car to you. I am so glad they sent me to your company. From the moment I walked in your door and met Mike, the service manager for my vehicle, I knew this was going to be a great experience. All throughout the process he constantly kept me up to date on what was happening. He was super friendly, caring, and very impressive with how much he really knew about repairing cars. He also clearly was very compassionate about the company he works for. He is truly a great asset for your company and a very happy employee! That goes a long way with customers. Your secretary’s at the front desk were very friendly and caring as well. Now as for the actual work that was done; it was incredible. You could never tell that the vehicle was ever in an accident. Your mechanics are truly top notch. Anyway, any time I talk to someone in the future that needs auto body work, you can be sure I’ll send them your way. Mike was wonderful, he even helped me transfer all my work equipment from rental to my car. Which I was very grateful for. Mike informed me every step of the way of the repair of my car, including any issues that your company endured during the thunderstorm. Mike is very compassionate, professional, and has a wonderful personality. I was very impressed with every bit of my experience with caliber collision.

I’m very disappointed with my experience here. My 2023 Honda Accord Touring mirror was repaired, but instead of installing the proper OEM-quality part, they installed a cheap aftermarket mirror without clearly explaining it to me. I trusted them and did not inspect it closely at pickup, but later I noticed the mirror shakes badly while driving, especially on the highway. This is not acceptable for a safety-related part, especially on a Touring model with blind spot features. Now I’m being told that if I want OEM, I have to pay out of pocket, even though the repair should have been done properly the first time. I feel like the shop and insurance company are not protecting the customer here. I expected honest communication, quality parts, and a safe repair. Instead, I got a cheap part that does not perform correctly. I would not recommend this place unless you carefully inspect every single part before accepting the vehicle.
