The process overall was very good. Waiting for caliber to call me to address a hood issue. Was kept informed at all times. Would use them again.

Hood has dirt in paint, Orange peel, high and low spots, clear coat dripping over edges of hood and razor sharp. Initially told advisor that washer not spraying after accident. Received vehicle back with no washer fluid in jar. Filled jar and proceeded to watch one gallon of washer fluid leak out. Had to remove right front fender liner to repair cut washer vacuum line myself. Body/metal work good. Not too sure about refinishing process. Right side high beam out of adjustment after new lamp assembly installed.
