Hood has dirt in paint, Orange peel, high and low spots, clear coat dripping over edges of hood and razor sharp. Initially told advisor that washer not spraying after accident. Received vehicle back with no washer fluid in jar. Filled jar and proceeded to watch one gallon of washer fluid leak out. Had to remove right front fender liner to repair cut washer vacuum line myself. Body/metal work good. Not too sure about refinishing process. Right side high beam out of adjustment after new lamp assembly installed.

Called and updated pretty frequently. When I called to voice my concerns over the hood, I felt I got the bum’s rush with bring it and show my manager.

My car was undrivable. I have a special case I have been hit in the same area of my car 2 times in 4 months. First time I picked up my car I had to replace the tire. I didn’t have time to redo their 4 wheel alignment that was still out on right front. This second time my car was undrivable when I took it. I went to my tire guy and got an alignment and checked out some stuff that was rattling and not there before. I’m still dealing with the exhaust slammed against the gas tank too tight as it’s pushed it forward further up. I have no dash lights , no reverse lights, and by the way people can’t stop behind me probably no brake lights. This center does not have a mechanic so anything dealing with not making it pretty I guess your on your own to deal with the humping tires. And the car you can’t keep in your lane that always has been easy to keep in the center never wandered the road. So I’m grounded for 4 days waiting to get my only car into a shop so I can drive it without burning the valves up or catching it on fire. This not a one stop repair it’s make it pretty and deal with the rest. I am in too much pain for this much aggravation.

No one notices that my car is diesel and it doesn’t start like a gasser. Thanks for the wear and tear on the high pressure fuel pump cranking with no fuel. The man stood there the first time it wrecked and said the same thing oh I just noticed it’s diesel . So when I called and asked for a sticky note be place on the idiot box with no lights that never happened. First time there was no fuel in it I was headed to the Wawa and got hit on the corner. That sucked up the bottom of the tank and clogged the fuel filter it barely made it to the station across the street starving for fuel. So another emergency repair out of my pocket with my fingers crossed it was just the filter. Good at the pretty not a clue for mechanics.
