Kenny was outstanding in explaining everything from the get-go. I appreciated the text updates and the walk around afterward from the GM. The door guard will be installed in 3 weeks, allowing the paint to season properly. I would highly recommend the Lewis Center location of Caliber Collision. The car looks beautiful.

The front fender/bumper still has scrape marks that were never repainted. Communication was severely lacking throughout the entire process.

Communication was lacking at best. The guy I was working with was never available when I called and never returned calls. Received the car back and noticed wasn’t painted fully. Called on Thursday to let Patrick know it needed touched up, shockingly he wasn’t available by phone. Was told he’d call me back. It’s not Saturday and I still haven’t heard from him.
