Caliber did a good job but I’m disappointed in the tail light they installed. They installed a cheap non oem tail light and I am not too impressed with it. Otherwise all was good. I’m not sure if they used my old bulbs and old sockets but if they used the new ones those aren’t any good I had to replace them later in the evening. Great customer service by all means the woman at the front desk is very wonderful and has a bright smile. Patrick assisted me real well but I am not happy with the tail light and it’s pieces.

When I left the establishment, I was following my car, and some of the brake lights are NOT working. I called back to the shop and informed the person at the front desk. The car looks good, I would like to bring it back, in the hope that the problem is an easy fix.

This service was excellent. Every step was explained to me properly and in detail and Kenny went out of his way to make sure I got the best deals available for my repairs. I was also impressed with how fast it was completed considering a large snow storm and the fact that the facility was over capacity when my car was brought in. Very friendly and communicative and would overall recommend.
