After a rather unsatisfactory experience with the Caliber on Rt 42 in Delaware (who still couldn't fix the car after taking it back ) Darin at the Lewis Center location promised to fix my car and they were able to fix it on the first try. Very satisfied and will be taking our other vehicles there for any work that needs done. Thank you for correcting their mistakes!

The repair was done well. The only hassle was getting some parts from Infinity, which prolonged the completion process. Patrick and the staff had were highly professional handling that and tempered my frustration about the completion delay. He made no excuses and provided clear explanations. The finished work was top-notch.

There is a new scratch on my front driver side hood when the damage was on the rear passenger side door. The paint had so much debris and hair stuck into it and the bottom part underneath my rear passenger door was broken and now needs to be repaired.
