Did a good job but took a little longer than expected since there wasn’t much to fix and I figured they would paint the other side of my bumper to match the other side but they didn’t. It wasn’t due to the accident but still didn’t really make sense that they wouldn’t

Will NOT recommend any of the 1,800 Caliber Collision To anyone and Travelers should stop partnering with companies like this that after poor quality repairs will put the driver insurer life at risk

Horrible quality. After almost 3 months wait, the vehicle was supposed to be ready. The front bumper and all front parts were completely misaligned, inclusing lights. Some scratches made at the Toyota dealership. Where is the quality assurance inspection before calling the customer for final pickup? Since I cannot trust the quality from the exterior repairs, imagine the quality of all interior repairs I cannot see, I am putting my life at risk with the Travelers selected and partner body shop. Horrible experience end to end.

Excellent customer service! Friendly staff, great communication, the entire process from start to finish was effortless! I love that Enterprise picked me up at Caliber Collision in the beginnnning and let me leave my rental car at CC at the end of the process. Great partnership! This is absolutely TERRIBLE. You told me my car would be done this morning and I did not receive a call until 4PM that it was ready and needed picked up by 530 or we could pick it up after hours. I just returned my rental vehicle that I have been paying for out of pocket, paid you all a $500 deductible and within 20 minutes driving home, my check engine light turned on. Now I ONCE AGAIN HAVE NO CAR and you are not even open the next 2 days to be able TO FIX THIS MESS. I AM BEYOND ANGRY THAT I WAS FORCED TO USE YOU BY MY INSURANCE COMPANY, PAY OUT OF POCKET FOR MY RENTAL VEHICLE AND MY CAR IS STILL BROKEN AND I ONCE AGAIN HAVE NO VEHICLE TO GET TO WORK OR GET MY KIDS ANYWHERE. SOMEONE NEEDS TO CALL ME IMMEDIATELY.

The car door still needs to have a minor dent pulled out. The Caliber representative, Kenny, said he will schedule this once the paint is cured in a few weeks.
