Very happy with the repairs so far. The truck was vacuumed and cleaned on the inside which was quite impressive and unexpected. The only problem I experienced was a very significant lack in communication. I was unable to connect with my contact on several occasions and did not receive return calls when I was told I would. I was told my vehicle would be complete and ready to pick up on two separate occasions. Only after those times were approaching and I reached out for an update was I informed that it was not, in fact, ready.

My 4-Runner looks great! The repairs were seamless and the interior was even beautifully detailed. The shop worked well with my insurance and kept me updated at least bi-weely on my repair status. The front desk staff and my service advisor were all friendly, efficient and made my overall experience excellent!
