Scheduling was clunky but the communication after the car was in was unbelievable. They gave you updates consistently and delivered almost a week early.

I had a great experience here! They got my car in to get repaired in a timely manner and Jeff (the mechanic) who worked on my challenger did an awesome job keeping me updated on the status of my car while it was getting worked on . Very friendly and on pickup day my car looked great again! Thank you guys so much for your service I definitely recommend going to this location for your repairs!

Appreciate how well organized and coordinated the shop is…. The communication with Patrick was great, keeping us up to date on the car’s progress throughout the process….also appreciate Patrick’s professionally knowledgeable , yet friendly approach to helping us through the process ….. also your front desk employee (whose name I am unfortunately forgetting) is wonderful… she is very efficient and knowledgeable about the business but is also very welcoming and attentive…. Patrick was knowledgeable, communicated well helping us through the process. The woman in charge of the front desk(cannot remember her name unfortunately) was also knowledgeable, friendly, polite and very efficient. A delightful person who keeps that office on track.

My experience was excellent. Kenny was very knowledgeable and kept me well informed and updated. He made sure everything was top notch before handing my car back over to me and I appreciate that.
