Vancetta was awesome! She regularly provided updates on the repair and updates on pick up date and times. They did a great job fixing my trunk door and in a timely manner. And I loved how they washed my car and detailed the inside of the car so it was so clean! They definitely go above and beyond.

I’ve worked in the auto repair business for almost 20 years and in my current role I am in charge of training service advisors and managing shops. I can say without hesitation that the staff at Caliber went above and beyond to make sure my car was repaired to factory spec and they kept me informed every step of the way.
