Calliber Collision exceeded my expectations & went above & beyond in collision repair & customer service! 110% will recommend to everyone I know! As a close neighbor to the office, I was expecting this to be my decisive factor. From the moment I walked in, all staff were friendly, courteous & professional! Having my car being serviced thru separate insurance from an accident, I did not know what the protocol was & expected a lot of work on my end. Pleasantly surprised to have Vanssetta work w/me personally from start to finish! She was beyond prompt in her professional, daily communication & updates! She added the kindest touch of personal interest, as I was having surgery during the process & in communication offered several steps to ease my process of retrieving car & returning rental. She was so sweet in keeping up w/my personal needs during a trying time! The ease of which having a rental present @drop off & pick up was very helpful & initiated by Vanssetta for me. My car repair is visibly/aesthetically amazing & again, the body work was above & beyond my expectations! So thankful a neighboring company was close, professional, very prompt in scheduling, communicating & repairing vehicle. Staff & especially, Vanssetta, receive my highest regards for a job well done & an experience I won’t forget & will enjoy sharing! Thank you!!
