Completely satisfied. I was very happy to see that the interior was cleaned and detailed. The next day I discovered the head lamps not right. Called, came in, fixed. Boom !!!

Scheduling was frustrating as they only had appointments 2 weeks out just for the initial quote. Then, I couldn't drop it off for another 2 weeks. I wasn't given an estimate for how long it would take. Total repair time was nearly 3 weeks, the other shop I took it to first quoted 10 days max

I was very nervous dropping my Jeep off as I did not know what to expect. Caliber Collision listened to my concerns and requests. They communicated well to make me feel more at ease. I was very impressed with the detail of work and how pristine my Jeep was at pick up. Caliber even cleaned the inside out! I am very satisfied with the repair and highly recommend using them.
