I was basically told stuff,waiting on parts etc. Just to pacify me. My car was in shop from May 22 thru June 22nd. If they needed to order parts I could've been driving my car. My rental time was up so I had 2 days without a car,insurance wouldn't extend my rental,said it wasn't there fault.

Poor communication . One day before scheduled pickup I was informed of parts delayed . Car had already been there 3 weeks at that time . I then had to call 3 times to schedule pickup . Car is delivered with bumper and exhaust outlet awaiting parts to repair in

Caliber performed the job quickly and efficiently and even switched the bumper from aftermarket to OEM because the AM version didn’t fit correctly. Would recommend this location!

I was disappointed that there was still glass pieces in my car from my windshield. and there were some sand paper left in my trunk. Besides that everything else was great. the car wasn't on time due to parts, which wasn't their fault
