Caliber did a very good job keeping me informed, but due to unforeseen mechanical issues they had to have a Honda Service center provide parts, installation and calibration. Took longer than expected but that is due to Honda and not Caliber. Overall very satisfied.

The friendliness of the staff was so needed in the stressful time of having a severely damaged vehicle! The staff specifically Patrick was awesome during this whole process, he/they were fast to respond to my questions and kept us informed along the whole process. The automobile went in looking like a totaled wreck and two weeks later looks as good as the day we bought it! Thanks to Caliber for their amazing service and quality of work, God forbid I ever need work after a wreck again but if I do I will definitely use them again!

The only additional factors that didn't meet our expectations was that the car wasn't adequately prepared for delivery: 1) No coolant or washer fluid in tanks; 2) Grease smudges on interior tan fabric pillar and roof; 3) Engine bay could've been quickly been wiped/sprayed down (still removing deer hair). Some of this may seem trivial but with the extraordinary cost of repairs ($17K for front/right damage w/ no airbag deployment nor door/window damage) it would've helped to make sure delivery appearance was spot on.

Customer service was little iffy at first but after a few calls everything went smoothly. They did a wonderful job on my vehicle. You can’t even tell the driver’s side door was damaged

I was very satisfied with the service I received at the Lewis Center Caliber Collision. The staff was friendly, comfy and clean office, prompt service and not only did they do a great job and expeditiously repairing my car, they even washed and vacuumed it! THAT was the icing on the cake.
