My experience was excellent. Kenny was very knowledgeable and kept me well informed and updated. He made sure everything was top notch before handing my car back over to me and I appreciate that. Everyone at Caliber is always very friendly and they made the experience easy. Even dealing with enterprise was done through them and a very easy process.

There were just a bunch of delays in getting our vehicle back that it seemed like it was always something. It also did not make sense how there was never the parts to fix it. It just felt like if a German structured car was not something you guys were able to fix then I would have rather someone been upfront about that right at the beginning. The frustrating thing was definitely with pick up. It was supposed to happen one day and somehow the safety people got stuck in traffic but then magically after over half of a day that following Monday it was finally ready. We definitely were not satisfied.

I am very, very satisfied with my experience. From start to finish, everything went smoothly. The customer care was amazing, everyone was so friendly, kind, and helpful, and they kept me updated the whole time. They really made me feel comfortable and taken care of. Most of all, my car looks brand new and even feels brand new. The work they did is really impressive. I truly appreciate all the time, effort, and care they put into fixing my car. The quality of the work was very good. There was a bit of friction regarding dropping the vehicle off early and scheduling an appointment for the estimate. The initial process of getting the car in their queue was very much about working around their busy schedule. I didn't get the feeling like the shop had friendly customer service at any step of the process.

Kenny is awesome, was beyond satisfied with the finished product as well as keeping me up to date with how the service is going. Let’s hope I don’t return to a collision shop, but if I do, I’m coming to this caliber collision 10/10
