I was constantly updated throughout the entire repair process via phone calls and text. From the day that I dropped off my vehicle to be inspected for the repair estimate to the day that I picked it up, I was treated with utmost respect and honesty. Vince did a great job by keeping me updated on the parts that came in and the ones they were still waiting on. 10/10 service. It was done on a timely manner. I would recommend Caliber to all of my friends and family if they ever need vehicle repairs. Thank you!

Vincent and his entire team at Caliber were efficient, welcoming, and exceptionally knowledgeable about my repair. If they did have a question and needed to clarify, they reached out and kept me updated throughout the process. It was very clear what actions they were taking and at what times they were taking them. This gave me very good peace of mind while I was commuting to work with a rental vehicle. It is absolute that this location takes customer service seriously. I was also told that if I had an issue (unforseen or otherwise) with anything regarding the repair, that I was welcome to come back in and discuss it. I will greatly recommend this Caliber branch to anyone!

The vehicle looks incredible! They did a fantastic job. I will be back if I am in need of further repair or if I discover an issue that was unseen at time of receipt of vehicle, but needed to be addressed at time of repair. I trust this business.

Caliber was able to get us in to have our car fixed 2+ months before any other shop in the county. They were nice and I liked getting text updates about my car. I was shocked to see they had detailed the inside when I got my car back. I was having such a rough day and that really helped turn it around!
