I really liked that Caliber kept me up to date on everything. I'd get a text or a phone call and I would always get to know ETAs, new details found while the car is being worked on, what's being worked on, etc. I honestly did not expect texting even as an option but that was very convenient for me. I primarily spoke with one person and they were friendly every time we spoke (Thank you Robert).
