Passenger seat had to be cleaned when I got it back. I get it: repair work is dirty and a worker had to sit in that seat. Nobody cleaned up afterwards. So cover it to work or let the detail guys do it—or nobody?

I’m extremely satisfied with my experience at Caliber Collision Repair! They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. My truck was even vacuumed before I got it back, which was such a nice touch. The gentleman who pulled my truck out also made sure to move the seat closer to the pedals since I’m only 4’10”. 🥹 Those little details and the extra thoughtfulness really stood out to me. Excellent customer service from start to finish! Highly recommend!
