Everyone was very helpful. Karen at the front desk was wonderful. She made me feel like I knew her for years so friendly so helpful. I have never had a bad experience at all bringing my car to you guys. Keep up the good work. I hope I don’t have to bring my car there again lol but if I do, that’s where it’s going.

The work was completed on time with no delays. Customer service was excellent and the shop explained every repair step clearly which was great in that I never needed to call and check on the process. The entire process was seamless. A huge amount of appreciation goes to Chris and Karen for great customer service. I would highly recommend this shop!

Ms. Karen was excellent. She made sure to handle all of my paperwork efficiently, got the rental company out to pick me up, and she also handle an issue with GEICO regarding my payment for repairs. Very grateful for her! Chris was equally as amazing in explaining everything about my repairs and keeping me updated on the process all the way through. He was GREAT!
