I have already completed asurvey how completely satisfied I'm with the complete repair process of my vehicle, from beginning to the end from walking in your front door to the end driving my beautifully restored vehicle like Im drivi g it off the showroom floor you mthe entirestep hassle free and your staff eliminated every worry I had starting this processing y'all made me feel like a VIP customer! I'm completely satisfied with the quality and professionalism in your work anthe pride you must have in your staff I want thank you for the communication between your company and me always keeping me informed on the status on the completion and differents the appraisal what was found the deeper into the repair was noted which equals no surprises when job is complete.! Charlie was the representative I worked with while my car was serviced. He was excellent in communicating with me. I expressed that if possible I would appreciate having my car complete in time for my upcoming road trip to visit family 8 hours away. Charlie ensured my car was ready in time for me.
