Caliber Collision did a great job with my car! It only took five days to complete the repairs, and they kept me updated throughout the entire process. I was also very impressed with how detailed they were when cleaning my car, both inside and out. Since I paid for the repairs out of pocket, I really appreciated that they worked with me on the estimate and did their best to keep the overall cost reasonable. The entire experience was smooth, and I’m very happy with how my car turned out. A special thank you to Jesse—he was great throughout the whole process! And Ms. Karen is the best front desk lady! She was so kind and helpful. I truly appreciate everyone at Caliber Collision for taking such great care of my car. Thank you! 😊

Everyone was very helpful. Karen at the front desk was wonderful. She made me feel like I knew her for years so friendly so helpful. I have never had a bad experience at all bringing my car to you guys. Keep up the good work. I hope I don’t have to bring my car there again lol but if I do, that’s where it’s going.

Ultimately car was determined to be totaled after over a month of limited communications by a “wiring” issue on the opposite side of the car of where the deer hit me.

The work was completed on time with no delays. Customer service was excellent and the shop explained every repair step clearly which was great in that I never needed to call and check on the process. The entire process was seamless. A huge amount of appreciation goes to Chris and Karen for great customer service. I would highly recommend this shop!
