Karen was very helpful throughout the process. No matter how many times I called the shop to check in on the progress of my car she was very polite and respectful and nice every time I called the shop . She answer all of my questions and concerns about my car. When I drop off my Buick I ask Jay if he can do his best to get me my car back to me before I rental agreement was up and he did such that. He also kept in touch with me to give me updates and also communicated though the process on my car if I was holding on parts and what was the next step to get my car back sooner . I appreciate the excellent job caliber collision has done and recommend this shop. Overall satisfaction was highly satisfied.

Igive Ms. Karen a 10 because whenever I would call she would always give me updates when I called to check on my car. I would leave messages for Jay no return calls. He would make promises and never came through. I had to call my geico person before I could really get updates on my car.

From the minute I took my car there, everything ran smoothly! The reception Karen was friendly, and accommodating. Andrew was very helpful, and kept me updated , and upon pickup I met Jesse, and he was a welcoming finish to my experience. He explained why was done, and gave me papers explaining my warranty . The whole Caliber team was incredible!! Whether I encountered them , or they were behind the scene , working on my car. It took less than a week and my car looks great! I’m HIGHLY SATISFIED!! The color doesn't match my car they didn't even take the tire off to paint the rim so all the paint is on the brake pads Now my car makes noises every time I put my foot on the brake.
