Confusion on when the vehicle would be ready marred an otherwise good experience. the vehicle was sent to another shop as the 5000 Auth Road location was too busy. I was notified when the vehicle was ready at the other site and took that to mean the vehicle was ready for pickup. I dropped off my rental car and walked over to 5000 Auth Road location to find out that the vehicle was not there. Was supposed to be there by 10 AM so when I got a text saying the vehicle was ready I returned the rental car. Car was not there. I had to Uber back to my house ($18) and then Uber back at 3PM ($18) to pick up the car.

I put off having an estimate and repairs done so the estimate and the start of the repairs could be the same day and that did not happen. It took three days to get an estimate and I had to call more than once to get it

I gave an 8 because the wrong coolant was added into my car and it would have had seriously deleterious and costly effects on the engine over time had I not noticed. The shop manager did an excellent job of listening to my concern, finding out what had happened, and offering to remediate the situation by obtaining the correct coolant and arranging to have the radiator drained, flushed, and refilled with correct coolant.

The customer service at the Annapolis location was unfriendly and unprofessional the customer service at the Lexington Park location was much better once the manager was involved
