My vehicle is still being repaired after a month of Caliber Collision having it and the paint doesn't match. I am very highly disspleased. I will not ever use Caliber Collision again for any repairs! My insurance only covers a rental for 30-days (which should have been MORE than enough time to repair my vehicle) Caliber Collision will be responsible for any extra charges for me having to drive this rental car because Caliber Collision FAILED to repair my vehicle in a sufficient amount of time.

Kelly was incredibly patient, friendly, and helpful. I appreciate her time and attention to detail - very courteous and always followed-up during every step of the process. She was so helpful and informative - I'm sure the process would've been more challenging if it weren't for her!
