(excuse the spelling on the gentleman's name) Jamal?? the gentleman that repaired my car was also helpful, informative and very friendly. I was kept fully informed of any progress and would recommend to friends and family.

Was told 3 days. Took over 4. On day of delivery was promised by 3PM but wasn't ready at 3. Was told 30 more minutes. But came back an hour later and still not ready. Finally drove off about 4:30. Simple job. Quality of work great. Ability to meet commitments bad.
