Awesome customer service. Kept me updated the entire time. Kelly is amazing and junior made sure to triple check everything so that i was confident putting my son in the vehicle. Awesome team. Will no doubt be going back for any other repair needs.

I felt communication was not great. Was not getting updates on the car repairs, had to call multiple times including the day I was told to pick it up. Glad I did because it wasnât ready for another couple of days after that. Just need better and earlier calls to keep me up to date

I called in the morning of the promised date, to see if I could pick up my car. I was told that it would be done, but I should wait to pick it up until I heard back. But, I did not receive a call and had to call back at 5 pm to learn that the car would not be ready on the promised date.
