All employees were very polite and responsive. I was updated frequently on the status of my car repair. My one negative comment is that I was concerned about the Airmatic system of my car working correctly after the repair (given where the impact was). I was told that the system was operating properly and it was not. I had to take the car back in for a subsequent repair for the system to work properly.
