I recently had my vehicle repaired at Caliber Collision, and the overall experience was very professional from start to finish. The staff clearly explained the repair process, kept me updated with status calls/texts, and worked well with my insurance company. From beginning to the end, Caliber took great care of my car. Customer service was top tier and Ms. Wanda was so sweet and helpful! My repairs look great and shoutout to Jeremy for finding my car tag. If I ever need repairs in the future, it will definitely be with Caliber. They gave consistent updates on the progress of my car and I truly didn’t have to worry about anything once I dropped my car off. It was so awesome to work with a business that was not only professional, but you could absolutely tell they care about their customers. I truly felt at home and had a good laugh with Jeremy and Ms. Wanda after my pick up. I could not have asked for a better experience!

Drivers Side and Passenger side has looks like paint tape marks on both Fenders. Have pictures. Disappointed! We are bringing back in on Wednesday morning at 0730. Inconvenient to say the least!

It’s always a hassle when your car is damaged in an accident, but I’ve never had such a great experience with a repair shop. They really made it so easy!! From the moment I walked in the door to drop my car off for repair to the moment I left with it after the repair, I was really impressed with the service provided to me. Brian was great, and, regretfully, I cannot remember the Lady’s name at the front desk, but she was awesome as well. Very friendly and excellent customer service. The repair was completed much quicker than anticipated, my car looks great, and the fact that it was squeaky clean, inside & out, was a fantastic bonus!! Great job Caliber!
